Ironman 2

I personally thought it was sick, as in fun to watch, but there are certain things that i thought were kinda disappointing. like how short the final battle scene is. I was expecting it to be much more epic than it was. seemed like the movie was mostly just a set up for iron man 3 but it was still sick.
 
Actually the next movie that Ironman will be in will be The Avengers movie. Thor and Captain America come out next year then The Avengers drops in 2012. However that does not mean that Marvel will not continue the Ironman series or any of their other series for that matter.

I thought it was a good movie not as great as the first but still very good.

 
I thought it was pretty good. Final battle was short. Lots of unanswered questions. Did Ivan die or did his light just turn off?
 
yeah i thought that the final fight scene was way too short. But other then that i thought the movie was AMAZING. haha I thought it was funny how he used Captain America's shield to prop up the atom smasher. But glad to see that Thor will be coming into the picture soon. Movie was great, funny at times, and the battle scenes were amazing. just wish that the final scene was longer, other then that 9/10 in my book.
 
re watched the first the other night, so awesome. probably will see it sometime soon
 
such a great movie- im homo for robert downey jr anway
but people are saying- oh not a good movie- thats because you went in expecting to see some deep thought, love movie or something- if your like me then you went in expecting to see explosions,cars, hot women, and awesome robot shit- and for that i was thoroughly entertained-
like i said in the other thread- sack up and enjoy the surround sound
 
i cant wait for iron man to become an alcoholic and beat his wife getting him kicked out of the avengers.
 
I thought it was pretty good, except the part where the girl was pwning all of those guys was kind of cheesy but whatever.
 
IMO it was awesome. Not quite as good as the first one but I liked it. As mentioned numerous times the final battle scene was short.

Can't wait for some of the technology in the movie to become a reality. I know some of it exists, but for it to come to the way that it fictionally functioned in the movie will be awesome.
 
i just saw it tonight, what a waste of time. shitty movie, cheese ball lines, and not enough of micky rourkes charactor
 
i thought it was fucking awesome. robert downey jr gave another spectacular performance, my god he can act. the special effects were ill, the action scenes were breathtaking, and it was cast really well. youre not gonna get a great movie in the sense that its deep and makes you ponder and strikes your emotional nerves like say the dark knight, but its very character driven and a great fun movie. and the parts that were meant to be funny were indeed hilarious
 
i didnt stay after the credits, anyone wanna tell me or pm me so no spoilers on what i missed. On the movie, i thought it was sick.

yeah but could Will Smith have been a good Tony Stark? Doubt it.

i thought some parts were pretty stupid like how Ivan walks out onto the track in Monaco and starts destroying shit. Why didn't a cop just shoot him? The whole part makes no sense. Things like that really annoy me for some reason.

The tech was sweet though, fight scenes were meh. Overall first one was way better
 
you would shoot at a dude with fucking electric whips that is slicing formula 1 cars in half?- didnt think so
 
yeah, I don't see why they couldn't have taken him down from a safe distance. he barely had any armor/way of stopping the bullet.
 
they should have done more witht that element he invented besides fix his heart problem.
he could have made billions off of that and solved the words energy problem
 
yeah because he wasn't already a billionaire or anything. anyways, if he gave away that technology, it would be a bigger possibility for someone to use the reactor technology to create suits of their own- which they previously could not accomplish.
