Probably a lot of you have had problems with them, and probably a lot of you havnt. but who has because my shuffle just stopped turning on for no reason. i dont think they're that great.
 
yea mna i have heard of that problme too...just send it in and they should send u a new one...
 
I don't know about the shuffle but my buddy just got the ipod video and it's one of the sweetest things I've ever seen.
 
i dont like ipods, they are cheaper than everything else, but that means they must use asian near- slave labour...
 
a couple of my friends have the nano, the screens on them scratch really easy, they are coming out with a plastic film to protect the screen longer. I like my Rio mp3 player, its the shit
 
my battery is shit now, I really need to bring it back to best buy and get it sent back to apple, maybe they'll send me an ipod video
 
they are ok, i have a 15 gig from a few years ago, battery has about had it, $110 or something i think for a new battery or at least thats wat they are for my sisters video one, but the video ones are sick, just no cases out for them yet
 
alright everyone go with a DELL DJ...they are wicked reliable and durable even know they may be bigger. But there is a Dell Ditty that is like a shuffle but better with a screen, and the dell mini thing is better than the ipod mini, so just go with the dell even know they arent color which doesnt matter and no pics...woop de do. And anyways the new one that is coming out is color...so just get it or die, and the prices are better than the ipods

anyways i have an old 20giger and a black 4gb nano. I've kept my nano in an oakley bag and it has stayed near new. the problems with the screen breaking were only with .1% of them, so chances are they've got that problem fixed and you'll get a good one
 
my iriver (got it in singapore)plays video (badly though) is 40 gig and I got it for about 700$nz, which is maybe 3504 us. this was a year ago btw, so it's pretty good.

besides ITUNES SUCKS, and so does making you pay like 70$ for a case, which everyone else gives with it, and having to buy the charger and docking port seperately for extra, thats just fucking bullshit. Do they still do that? because last time I was in the store and I saw that, I couldn't belive that people would support that.

on the whole itunes thing, iriver just makes a folder in 'my computer' and you can just drag anything in, and do whatever. seems so much better..
 
i've got an ipod nano, and i have 2 case cover/protectors and its been awesome, no problems with the ipod... the only thing that does bother me is the weakness of the cable i got with it.. if you touch it sometimes it will loose connection
 
get a mini or the top of line line ones...dont wste your money on a nano..even though they r the same price as minis they scratch to easy it seems
