Ipods and battery life

soi found a ipod while skiing took it home and charged it pu but the battery only lasts like 2-3 hours, so how much does it cost to get the battery replaced and do i have to send it in

I would imagine its not very hard to replace the battery yourself. I've never taken apart a nano but the big iPods aren't that difficult. Might as well give it a try if you found it.

IF you do replace the battery yourself you VOID your warranty. SO becareful.

it takes like 5 min and the battery and installation should be about $50. just the battery is like $30, and you can do it yourself, i changed teh battery on my 3G and it came out fine

nahh, dont ebay batteries and stuff. Its way easier to get fucked over with batteries because its really hard to tell if they are new or not. And also iPod's are crap. Go Creative.
