its not just refurbished... all of the batterys die after a year and a half... approx. depending on how much you used it...

batteries don't last forever - i know people tha still have their original ipods and they still work.

and mine is named BlingPod (formerally EscapePod) so beat that.

apples got this promotion now where if you buy an ibook or powerbook and an ipod, you get a $200 mail in rebate. got my 14-inch ibook and an ipod. ended up paying $70 for new 15 gig ipod (cause of student discount and rebate). if youre looking at getting a new notebook i say hop on the deal.

 
I miss ipods dude. Spotify is cool and all but it doesn’t have *all* your favorite artists, and a good amount of time the times they do they only have a limited selection of songs.

the good ol’ days where you could just sync up 60gb of a friends library

Also, I get borderline homicidal when you’re in the zone listening to music off your phone and you get a call/text/notification. Remember back in the day, where we could just tune out from the world?
