this is weird, everynight at 2:30 AM my ipod makes this weird noise that kinda sounds like a cell phone ring tone, and then it lights up and turns itself on, has this happened to anyone else?

hmmm i would suggest chewing on it, but thats already been said. sooo try playing catch w/ a buddy with it. that should make it all well.

Depending on where you got it, some stores like costco will take it back, and you can get a brand new better one of te same price for free. i know this cause my parents work there, and you can return anything. so yea, return it i guess.
