Ive seen skiers listen to their ipods while skiing. Wats a good protective case to cover ur ipod so dont screw it up if u fall

 
if you fall straight on the bitch, with all your weight, it's not gonna survive. you can get a hard plastic case though, and that will work just fine.

www.otterbox.com Check out the ipo case there, i bought it and i know that it's pricey - $50. But it's worth it to protect your investment. I have taken many nasty spills and thanks to this tank my ipod is still in perfect shape.

yea, those otterboxes are uncrushable. i didn't know that they had iPod specific ones, but I got a regular about iPod sized box at EMS, and drilled a hole in the top for the earphones to come out. I can't move the wheel with it in, but it's indestructable

ipod armor by matias. a bit pricy $40 i think but it works well, protects it againist nearly anything

buy a pelican case and drill a hole into the top for a head phone teh samll ones are only like 10 $ and fit an ipod almost perfectly with a bit of padding inside

I have ipod armor, and its big and annoying. All last year I just stuck it in my pants pocket. It worked absolutely fine, with no damage to the player. Ive fallen on it a few times. I mean, unless your really careless with it, I'm gonna say you'd be fine. Maybe I just got lucky.
