i used to but the battery power started to suck donkey balls so now i use a shuffle and the thing goes for days. seriously the thing is perfect for skiing. now i just use my video for regular use

ye. it's got a 3 year warranty. and every time it fucks up, i just get a new one and re warranty it. i'm on ipod numero 3 (in 3 years)

Get a zune, and you will be happier with a bigger screen and more capacity. I use it to go skiing, and it works very well.

i used to before it died. i had my phone in my pant pocket, and it exploded in half. so no more good stuff in the pant pockets

chest pockets are the best spot. You usually dont fall initially on your chest but it does happen just not that much compared to a hip pant pocket.

yep.i am not worried about it at all. if you ever fall on it its goin to hurt you more then you hurt it.

i just got some crappy sandisk mp3 for like $20. It plays songs and is durable as fuck, which is all you need for skiing. If I used my ipod I would definitely end up breaking it

(ipod classic is the new video FYI, 80gb and 160gb sizes for like a million dollars less than the touch)
