Ipod trouble

i know these threads have already been made a billion times but i have a question. has any bodys ipod ever frozen when you were trying to switch songs? cuz mine did and i plugged it in to my computer and it went back to normal but has this ever happened to anyone??

yeah it happens the odd time. all you do is hold the center button and menu together for 8 seconds. itl restart.

it happened to me a few times, the song i was switching too was a big file size, so it froze up because my nano couldnt keep up

yea when it happens just hold the center button and menu button and the same time for 15 seconds... it will reset and everything will be fine...

anyway on a more negative topic... mine actually just broke today and i wanted to know how i warranty it and stuff... the screen cracked for absolutely no reason and it wont turn on anymore...
