Ipod to computer

so i know there has been threads on this before but i couldn't manage to find any of them. how can you get songs off of an ipod and onto your itunes. its a program, and i think apple even backs it up. let me know. i searched for a bit and i found a couple but i dont know which ones are legit. thanks.

it works for the 6th gen classic

open the ipod on my computer and then set folder options to show hidden files, open the music one and there will be loads of folders from F1 to about F50, they are all in there but with weird names like QJUT and random combinations like that

go to download.com and type in idump in ther search bar. real fast and easy
