alot of ppl that i know have them and wear them around their neck when sking or snowboarding. no one has had any problems with them and they seem great if u want to ski with it because its so small and light. i was messing around with one and i was amazed by the size.

 
my view on it is; if your going to spend money, might aswell spend a bit more to get the better thing.

i think it sounds like exactly what I need for skateboarding... all my other mp3 players have died from skating and the headphone jacks getting fucked up, but this one looks like it's what I need, so i might get it

Yea, i think its the biggest rip off mac has come out with. you can't decide what song you want to listen to, you just have to skip the one playing if you don't want to hear it. why not spend 100 on an MP3 that has a screen and lets you pick what song you wanna hear

save up more money and get the mini which is now $199. or get a dell DJ and pay 15 bucks a month for napster and put all the music u want on it but if u already have alot of music go with the mini

Its perfect for anything active. It's super lightweight and you arent gonna have a problem with it bouncing around or anything. If you want something for skiing or jogging or passing time while you're driving it's perfect. If you want it to just sit down and listen to music get something with a screen.
