Ipod question

I brought my Ipod to my friend's house, copied all of the music off his itunes onto my library, now how can I copy this music to my computer (preferably into itunes) without losing it?

if your on windows, connect to your computer, open my computer, then open your ipod, go to "tools" "folder options" then "view" and click on "view hidden folders" then go to the (used to be hidden) folder called "ipod control, there are lots of folders tehre with your music, just copy and past it to your computer

all the songs show up as 4 digit numbers with no other information, is there any other way of copying music from an ipod to pc?

yea the file names are like that, but when you import them to your itunes library, all the info is there, song name, artist, etc.
