Ipod or zune

I have a Zune for a long time and I have never had any problems. Only thing is... Thats me. you have to go and try them both out and see what YOU like better
 
i would def go with any type of ipod over a zune. i like itunes way better then rhapsody. i have last years 30gb and its sweet with the video. they got the new 80gb video or the ipod touch if your skiing with it i dont think id go with the touch. Zune u can share songs and stuff but i hear you can only listen to them about 4 times. although many companys are making acessories for the zune you can find way better things for an ipod. i got a connector jack for my ipod that runs through my CD deck thats pretty sweet. Def the ipod dude
 
the ipod touch is amazing for entertainment purposes after it is hacked

for skiing, just get a little shuffle, who cares if it breaks?

if its between the ipod vid and the zune, i'd pick the zune, bigger screen, nice interface, and the ipod scrollwheel will you drive you crazy after a while
 
just get a new ipod, they stole everything good from a zune so they are now thinner and better :D

ZUNE.

i got the 4 gb and its sick. nice and light for skiing but you can still load up vids and stuff. much better in comparison to this yrs nano. plusss, if u have wifi u can wirelessly sync your zune to a PC if you lose ur cord or something. or it breaks like everything of apples...

my ipod mini had to be sent back 4 times (NO LIE) and even now its broken yet my warranty is up. i kept good care of it too.

my experience with ipods is that they are a pain in the ass to get to connect to windows...why? because they are mac and for some reason they have trouble. other times it will connect fine and nothings wrong, but the zune is sick as shit. the radio is acually good too and i use it a lot, and you can hook it up to the tv with the cables they give you (i think, mine came with them at least) and then you can bang shit out your tv speakers and watch videos on there and shit. but personally i would get the touch, just for the WiFi, but if your not going to get a touch, i would say zune>ipod video . plus when microsoft "surface" comes out you can just set it down on the table and drag songs to it wirelessly which will be the most bad-ass shit ever.
 
just so you all know...i already have an iPod, only because i got a good deal on it, but i like both of them the same, zunes i think are more durable, but i really like the itunes a lot better than the zune "itunes" or whatever its called
 
Get the zune, because the ipod touch sucks with only having 16 gigs of memory. The zune has a huge screen, and plenty of space.
 
people say the zune software sucks. but really, itunes and zune are similare. i think if you switched the two softwares. and zune was itunes and itunes was zune. then people would say the zune is soo much better....its just cuz itunes has been the biggest mp4 player out there for so long, that when something else new and big comes along, people thing the one they're used to is so much easier when really, they are both pretty easy.

iPod. 

I have had my 2nd Gen for 5 years and it still works like a champ.  I dont get how everyone is always breaking them.
 
Ipods are actually easier to lose.

I personally hate iTunes, if you hate iTunes as much as me don't go with the iPod unless you're using RealPlayer or something. In that case it's easier.

I don't need the features of an iPod (calender, games, etc.) so I stuck with a Zune.

However, Zune software had an update which basically pissed off a lot of Zune users. This is because they made it more complicated and harder to edit artist names and album names. And also some art covers were being mixed up and shit.

But overall Zune's are cool because theyre MICROSOFT.
 
i have both and the only difference i have seen is my ipod battery will last longer. but i love them both equaly, both have there pro's and con's
