i just got an ipod like a week ago so it might be a stupid question. but when i try to hook up my ipod to the computer through the usb port, it just starts charging and wont connect to itunes. Anybody else have this problem? its been buggin me for a couple days so i decided to post this.

 
hook up the ipod, then open itunes, then go into the ipod preferences (should be a little icon on the bottom in the middle rightish area that only appears when the ipods hooked up), from there you can choose what you want the software to do when the ipod's connected

yeah thats happened to me. All you have to do is move the hold botton at the top of the ipod back and forth like 2 times then press the Play and Menue bottons down at the same time until the apple apears in the window. Then just turn it back on and hook it up. It should work.

 
well no icon has came up on the bottom and the other thing didnt work either. this is really pissing me off
