Ipod Help!

I'm having troubles with video.

I can add videos from my itunes to my ipod but once they're on my ipod i can't hear anything.

The movie plays but theres no sound.

I had similar problems when i had my psp, and i've used tons of converters and read a whole bunch of shit that didn't help.

Does anyone know what's going wrong/ how i can fix it?
 
just some suggestions, prob not the problem though:

Headphones?

Volume?

Check the iPod tech support online.

If you live near an apple store then go to the genius bar.
 
Hmm I use Fox Ipod Video Converter or something and have never had any problems.

When you have imported the videos into iTunes play them from within iTunes and check that the sound works on the computer.

Also iv found with other video converters the audio was really shit, like underwater sounds. When you make the video stick it on the highest quality video and audio if you can just to make sure.
 
alright, I'll do what you guys told me and if that doesn't work (as far as checking volume and headphones and converters ect) ill go to the genius bar.
