try to reset it, if that doesnt work use the ipod updater program restor it, that should fix the problem If it doesnt, send it in for repairs.

Wow I bet Apple gets mad calls this time of year about questions. I mean on this skiing website somprised of youth there are alot of questions. Imagine the whole population with Ipods that dont know any technology.

^^it's just cause people who have problems with ipods come here.. where they can get a personal question asked in like 10-15 mins answered. but if u really wanted a good answer u could go to Apple.com and simply figure out that in order to reset the Ipod u simply hold down the play and Menu buttons for a few seconds..
