IPhone 4s Problem +K for Help

So basically, when somebody is calling me, and he is in my phonebook, the Name does not appear, only the number. The iphone does not match the entrys. This started last thursday, and I have no idea what to do, its really starting to piss me off, I've already restored the iPhone, and it did nothing.

Thats my next step, I just wanted to check with NS to see if anybody else was or had this problem because the closest Apple shop is a long distance from my house.
 
yeah i mean i work for bestbuy mobile and i havented heard of that so your three options are

1. check online see if its happened to anyone else(thats what id do if i couldnt figure out the problem)

2. go to the apple store, have them run a diagnostics

3. mostly likely its a manufacturing issue, so just get it serviced under the year warranty
 
pretty much this. i was in a car accident and thought my iphone was gone forever and a week later we went back to where the car accident was and my iphone was lying face down completely smashed to shit. I took it to an apple store and told them what happened and they gave me a free iphone right away, super legit.
 
I ended up going to the Apple store in Salem, Mass. I brought my MacBook with me and they had me restore it to the settings of a brand new phone. I lost all my data but iCloud restored my contacts and photos taken in the last 30 days. Just thought i'd share how I fixed my iPhone incase anybody else runs into this problem.
