Iphone 2.2.1

how recent is it i downloaded an update like a 5 days ago and have not really noticed anything to different i have been using phone more so my battery went quicker.... but nothing to out fo the normal
 
i havent had mine long but before the update i used it tons cause its fairly new and it pwns and the battery life was really good. like had around 1/4 battery after a long day now its like 5 hours and dead
 
It's a huge pain in the ass...I have to bring a charger with me wherever I go...

My FREE motorolla phone used to last 2-4 days on a charge....
 
My girlfriends iPhone (3G) never lasts less than a day or more, and we use it constantly. Do you guys push email or use WiFi nonstop? Otherwise I don't see how it wouldn't last. Hers pushes email every 15 minutes and the wifi is off if she isn't in need of it.
 
yea i dont get the complaining i get my work emails way often and use the web when i need it and when it hits 20% battery life, if i dont make any calls i can leave it goin for another day or two
 
if you charge it every day the battery life will get worse quicker. if you let it die before you charge it every time it will keep a charge a lot longer
