That was sick but he got rocked on that last trick. Surprised he was completely fine and able to throw his helmet and snowboard into the crowd.
 
I love the nasty fall he takes at the end and he just rolls over and is super stoked. I honestly can not figure out how he was not laying on the ground moaning after that crash.
 
thought so too at first. but he takes off left foot forward and lands right foot forward. its like if a skier did a double 14 he would take off forward and land switch. its easier to understand if you think about him going straight up a qp, doing a 14 and coming straight down. you wont land the same way you take off.
 
Its called progression MOFO. in 20 years torstein's kid will pull a sandy hook on the crowd and moms across the world wont give a fuck because their kid is fine
 
You'd have to perform a cost/benefit analysis. Some people may find that gigantic cashes to their hands and forearms are not of a less cost than a brand new next-year snowboard.
 
why is everyone so concerned with the snowboard toss? everyone in the crowd was wearing hats, jackets, gloves. and no amount of your commenting on this thread is going to stop this type of celebration in the future.
 
his helmet toss was completely fine, but snowboards are a heavy object to come flying at you, what if someone wasn't paying attention? It just seems like a dumb move IMO
