Everyone has noticed that inverts has disapered over the years...i think its time to bring them back all those rodeos and misties and flippy spinny things that we cant even tell what they are from the aerials......boo yeah

I like the disappearence of inverts. Skiing today is much more technical. plus misty's are hard to make look good

i think they'll come back, but with more style. They went away because skiing is going through a style revolution, eventually people will have corked and bio spins down with style, get bored , and want to take it to the next level, rodeos and mistys with style.

inverts are not good looking sept somtimes backs with like a jap or a lui kang is cool but inverts are beginner tricks, do rodeos and mistys they alot better, and harder

i think smooth misties that arent hucked super fast as a beginner trick are sick...i would rather see a slow misty 7 mute than a cork seven blunt any day

^Word. There's something about them that I don't like. But rodeos and flatspins are so sick, especially flatspins in pipe. I want to see someone throw a flatspin 9, or a regular non-alley oop flatspin this year in the pizzipe. That would be sweet.

 
flat 9s are really common....2 people at the mega mother hucker idd them. and flats non alley oop are also fairly common. rinfret does them alot and crichton used to do them

Try them on tramp first. Basically if you can do switch Corks its not hard to take to switch Misty's. Come in, as if you were going to throw a switch Cork, and throw like you would for switch Cork. Instead, when you can see 180, throw your head into a really deep cork, and that will set the flip motion in there while still spinning. remember to get a good pop to coming of the jump, that will help your head swoop under and set you into a switch Misty rotation. Once you have cab Corks down your set.

personally, im kinda sick of just seeing corked spins over and over again. They're good tricks, but I remember when watching the x-games, thats about all they were doing.
