Inverts (Lincoln/Rodeo)

This last weekend i finally nailed a misty flip, but it's taken a helluva beating getting there. I heard pulling Lincolns is easier but does anyone know some tips? It seems hard not to go into a spin during a Lincoln, and also how do you throw your arms? I've never done a backflip so rodeos scare me (yet somehow I'm ok with misty flips, ask me how my clock ticks!?)

throw your arm down and grab safety or japan, that pretty muchs gives your the right rotation for a loop

well it sounds like you think a rodeo is a spinnign backflip, but a rodeo is actually a side flip with a spin

rodeos are REALLY similar to misties, and probably easier (in my opinion at least) follow his^ advice for a lincoln, and chances are you will start spinning a little naturally, and just go with that and finsh the spin as you come out of the flip
