start wiht the backflip, its as easy as a 360. approch the jump tucked doen a little. Basically, just pull backward as fast as you can at the lip and look for the landing. Stomp it and ride away. Make sure you are committed, Whatever you do, dont bail!
Once you get that down, try a flatspin. Aproach the jump the same way, and keep your backflip motion but bring your right (or left) arm down hard at the lip of the jump. This will send your skis in the opposite direction above your head. Dont worry about getting back level again, it just will come naturally. Landing is as easy as a backflip.
Lincoln loop: same thing as a flatspin but dont pull backwards. Watch the landing the whole time. Picture yourself doing a cartwheel . Also, in my experience, it is better to lean forward just a little.
