i cant really figure out how to do corks or other inverted spins on the tramp... i know when skiing you carve off the jump but how do you get inverted and land it on a tramp???

also it might help if someone could post a video of some inverted spins on the tramp

thanks!

heres a little girl doing a "invert"..............

instad of carving off a lip kinda use your hands as the carving, does this make sence?........................

yea thanks helps alot! but how do u finish and land?
and i meant i cant do any off axis spins not inverted

just watch other people do it and then try it yourself, or just pop hard, go 90 and then drop your lead shoulder and then huck and hope you land. seriously thats what happens, you dont know if you are gonna land at first trying new stuff just huck and then let er buck.

The key is to pretty much just stay in a ball.

For a cork 7, learn it this way. 180, to misty 540. Do a 180, land on the mat, then do a misty 5. Then do that a few times, then eliminate that bounce in between, so you just bounce up and do a 180 to misty 5 in one trick. IF you can't do a misty, well, just learn how. It's easy. just commit.

bah this is a noob question but when doing corks on a tramp and you say drop your shoulder..do you look over your shoulder or like under your arm? i can't even tell when i do corks. i just sorta do it

how do you finish? i always land on my back laying either the opposite direction i started or 90 degrees to the left...

then ur not comitting enough to the spin.

punching the midget = misty. so learn a frontflip, which is just comitting, then instead of throwing both arms forward, throw you right arm towards your left knee, as if you were punching simon dumont. so all it is is a frontflip with one arm movement.

cork 3's are a BILLION times harder to do. start out with cork 7's, i know it sounds crazy but they're easier to bring around.

all you do is grab outside foot with opposite hand. let me explain...say you spin left, grab the left outside of your foot with your right hand. vice versa for spinning right. that should throw you cork. if not try looking over your shoulder more (aka dropping it) and you'll go even more corked. then once you get the basics down you can start doing them without that grab and do other ones and shit and then move onto cork 5's or whatever. idk i'd consider myself pretty damn good at shit on a trampoline (too bad i'm too much of a pussy to try the shit on snow lol) and i can't do cork 3's, so don't start out trying those haha.

r u talking about a misty or a cork? i can front flip, and back flip no probs.
i can almost throw a misty but i can never tell if its misty or bio...

just judge it on how inverted you go. if you clearly are upside down then its misty, but if it seems like your body is more flat than inverted (not a flatspin, i still dont know what a reverse flatspin would be) then its bio

ahahhahahhaha so true. buckle the seatbelt on your opposite hip (leftside spin on the right side) behind your back, and then punch that pesky midget with your right hand near your left hip

if you're just starting this then literally huck yourself backwards diagonally and you'll figure shit out. Thats how i started and i can do basically everything within reason. Us describing it isnt going to help much in reality.. just watch some videos, sack up and throw it. You'll start getting the rotations eventually...

I feel I should state that this is not me.

I mean most of you figured it out and stated that it is indeed LJ from the meatheads. I figured the skitheeast.net link would be enough of a clue, but I probably should have gave credit in the post.

I snagged that off the meatheads new forum.
