this is what I'm deciding between this year. I ski 70% park and 30% all moutain (mostly just pow). I'm about 6 feet and weigh 135-140.

Skiing in NC aint so bad

I hate it when snowboarders think they are so cool because they can 50 50 a rail

178 invaders. for sure there awsome

*************************************

the invaders are the oppisite of my penis. the invaders are realy soft and cant be larger than 178 cm.

The public enemy's are a lot stiffer than the Invaders, so if you like stiff skis go with the pe's if you like soft go with the invaders.

the invaders sre pretty much 100% park so get the PEs and i think the PEs are going to be fatter so youll enjoy the powder more

If u ski mostly park, get the Invader 178, I dont know how they are but I heard good things about them, the Invader is going to be the sickest park ski for next season

from what i have heard from ppl who have demo'ed the invaders, they are sick skis for the park with really nice "butter zones" but those zones really effect your groomed runs and your skiing outside the park. the invader sounds like a pure park ski but if you want an all around sick ski, the PEs would be a better choise. thePE was fattened in the waist, so it can really attack anything, from the light pow to the groomers. but the PE was softened up so it will be a sick park ski also. both graphics i think are awesome and though ppl say that graphics don't matter, we all know that they are an influential part of the decision making process. both are pretty cheap too, so its not really a matter of price either. i personally think you should go with a PE, esp if it is gonna be your only ski. but that is only this humble man's opinion.

ya i know if i got the invaders I'd have tons of fun butterin all over the place but i didn't want to have to sacrifice the rest of my skiing just for that. And I've also heard a lot that Invaders are 100% park. I'm starting to lean toward the PE's now. plus they have sick graphics

I had soft skis (scratch FS) this year and they were fun, but had their draw backs. You had to land a jump perfectly to keep from falling but if you didn't land perfect it was a fight to stay up. In your case I would get the 179 p.e.'s but personaly I don't like them because they are big, bulky, and way too heavy.

ok new question...what kind of bindings would be best for the PE's? I was thinking Looks(either p10 or p12) but some guy said that looks rip out of PE's or something stupid like that? what should i get?

*THINK SNOW*

ive got the 06 PE 179 with Look p12 fr wides mounted at +6..you could get the p12 jibs but ud have to get a wide brake and there like 35$ dont bend brakes either makes them weaker...belive me.

invaders are stricktly a park ski but if your a good skier not like you can go throw a cork 7 but you can ski down the hill good you can use them out of the park

deff get some s810ti...if u maintain them nice they will be nice back to u

---------------------------------------

yea last years 810ti and 912ti, the black and red ones would look sweet, plus they are decent bindings, dont let anybody tell you different!

if your doing 70% park and the rest is pow get 2 skis. invaders kill PEs in park. PEs and invaders both suck in pow. get a pow ski. even a shitty old fat ass ski. youll be much happier

dont get looks on PEs or4frnts cause neither skis have a mounting plate and the narow drilling pattern in the rear of a look binding will rip right out so fast

do it for yourself and no one else

as much as i love line and always promote their stuff...the invader is 100% park ski...whih mean the pe would be your best choice...also becasue u are taller means u can control the pe more than the average person

the new PEs are good in pow....you prolly say that cuz youve never riden them... also the new pes are wider now so the look bindings go on fine, think i would know.

pe's are plenty soft.

actually too soft in some cases for me.

but the invader look slike a park tool, not an actual ski.

its probably sick in the park, but i cant imagine any real skiing being don on a ski with that much flex.

chronic wide 177 bitch, light but not noodles like the invaders. The invaders are sick, but unless you way 90 lbs they are too soft for anything outside the park. the PEs are good but are on the heavy side. the chron wide is kinda between the two, leaning more toward the PEs.

ok I know that a lot of you will hate me for this comment...i think that I would like chronic wides the best but i can't stand the big ol skulls on those suckers i know that graphics have nothing to do with your skiing but i just couldn't stand it

*THINK SNOW*

invaders if ur skiing alot of park if you still want to do pow try elizabeth as its fat and soft. Even something like a pistol as its sick in park and obviously awesome in pow

i have some chronics and they are so sick. they kill it in the park and carve through anything i take them down. they are stiff so they hold on the whole mountain so well but are nice and poppy on jumps. go with them cause they are fairly fat but i ride in the east so not much pow hear. but what i have ridden they are amazing
