i rode them for 5 days hit one rail and never toched a jump and mour than halph the back tip has delamed(dont know how to spell)and took a chunk out all the way to the core on the on side and the front tip but they are a supper fun ski other than the falling apart thing

it sounds like you were skiing the invaders more out of the park, then in the park, maybe that's the problem, they're made for park only

"but they are a supper fun ski other than the falling apart thing"

haha, thats golden.

it is a well known fact that invaders simply cannot be taken out of a terrain park or they will automatically disintegrate, whethere you do shit or not...

I was told Line's quality control is really bad this year because they moved production to China, skis are delamming like crazy.

ya the shop i got them said they wouled send them back but i dont know if i shouled get my mony back and go to somthing else or what shouled i do

well the decision depends on what u wanna ski, sounds like u havent been skiin too much park and thats all the invaders are meant for, if u plan on doin more all mountain dont buy invaders moral of the story keep invaders in the park

yeah get your money back and by a different pair, thats aoo dumb, I was going to ask for some for me b-day, but now I am going to ask for dynastars or somethin.

it's because you dont stand with your ski's paralell to each other "i dont either and the back tip on mine are delaming but i dont care because they are the greatest ski ever. but ya they just sit and bang toghether all day any ski will do that

that would be a very bullshit reason, if you cant use the ski pizza style, how do you think they are going to hold up in the park? bullshit.

and one more thing, i hope your not trying to get jason to hook you up man. just bring them to a shop that carries line and get them warrenteed. sugaloafa was a one time thing and i will bet anything that they will replace your skis, the owner just wont come on here and tell everybody. i mean if you are asking that then just send him a pm or somehing there is no need for a thread

i hope you don't expect a top quality ski for 300 bones. buyer beware most things that are price point items are cut corner products. but it still is a warantee issue with only a few days on them.

Somewhat true...but when they work on their product, it is the shit...my friends who ski on Chronics have barely any edgecracks and they have been used pretty hard. Those edges are tough shit.

less then 5 hours on ym friend skis, 3 of 4 tips delaming, one right through the core

buy armada...i mean ninthward, ya ninthward

Somebody try to tell me now that these are limitted isolated instances. Line sucks this year. Invaders fall apart like happy meal toys.

My invaders are sick. They ride so nice.

But they chip. I am thinking of puting duct tape on the top edges so that it won't chip as easy. I haven't hit any rails on them yet seeing that my hill takes down the rails and sometimes doesn't put them up for awhile.

sick ski though.

I don't know whats up with this but everyone seems to have the skis I have.

Last year I had troublemakers and this year I see tons of kids getting them.

I understand the invaders ( because they are such a cool ski and they are inexpensive.)

Now I am scared my invaders will fall apart.

good lord people. IM pretty sure beating ur skis in a park would cause them to fall about alot faster than taking them outside of the park. Until more people complain of their invadors falling appart, im really not gonna worry about it. The golden question is, do you use reactors?

umm how about the fujatives, one of the most popular skis last year?? I had them and mine were perfect after one season.

meh, i'm still looking into buying them. if they fall apart on me, like i know line's have a tendency to do, fuck em. i'm gonna give them a chance here, they best not be letting me down.

that qualifies as the stupidest thing I've read in a while. If a ski can't stay laminated while making turns how will it do so stomping on transitions and metal rails. Park skiing is the most destructive thing you can do to skis beside hucking Huge cliffs, even then you're usually landing on soft snow. Besides have you skied the Invaders? They ski all mountain great, in fact I'd say they're as fun all mountain as in the park.

line has never been really knowen for there great top sheets. I was exspecting for mine to fall apart when i baught the ski. but i dont care because i love the invader so much!

the fujatives probably have a better record than the invaders. they've been out for a couple years. but GENERALLY speaking you get what you pay for. I was flexing the invaders the other day in the shop and i could hear the core making small cracking noises, that was enough for me.

I think it's just an invader thing. My chronics are fine, other than a few chips on the topsheet.

i think that like there hasnt been a hole pile of invaders that fell apart compaired to the ones that have worked great. for instance there have been say 10 people i have read that their invaders have fell apart and if something goes wrong with your skis u tell other people but if u have a pair and they are good u dont just start a thread and stuff but ive seen like 15 people say they are good. so like i think people are just blowing up this invader falling apart thing a bit 2 much. and dont make another thread and just do what most people will say. go get them warentyd

After posting that picture, I can't stand the idea that there isn't a big black man throwing his junk in my ass.

I am hopelessly gay, all because I posted a picture making fun of an idiot.
