Intuition Liners Question

I'm about to make a trade for Full Tilt Seth Pro shells in a 27.5, and I would need to get a liner. I'm looking at Intuition Liners (which is what I'll be buying) and I want to get the PowerWrap liner. If I were to get that for my 27.5 boots, what size should I get, US Mens 9 or 10? 27.5 boots translate to a 9.5 shoe.

FT sells their Intuition liners aftermarket. I might suggest going that route because it will be the easiest way to get the correct length and last shape. Way less guessing, measuring, and trying to match up liners.

Yeah, I saw that. But are Full Tilts liners as good performance wise as the PowerWrap liner? Or is there really no difference.

Do you have an explanation why or is that just a guess? Also, part of the reason I want the PowerWrap is it's 20 bucks cheaper than the Full Tilt one, I don't know if the Full Tilt ones are actually 20 bucks more worth it, of if the're just a bit overpriced.

Thanks for all the help everyone, I'll try to go to my shop, but they really really suck, and I don't really trust them. Also, they don't carry FT.

then they most likely wont be able to get them, either try and find a shop that does carry FT or order off the Full Tilt site and they'll send it from the closest shop that has the product you need so you'll be supporting that shop.

Yeah that's what I was planning on doing. I'm hoping that my local shop can help heat mold them though because otherwise I'll have to drive over an hour.

I drive over an hour to go to my shop, totally worth every minutes and every dollar in gas. I know they are legit and not gonna fuck my shit up. Make a day out of it, maybe theres some other shit you can do while in that town.

I do go there sometimes, and they're alright. They're the only shop around where I live that has FT in stock so I might go there to get them heat molded, but I'm hoping the shop that is 5 minutes from me can do that. Next time I want boots though, I'm definitely going there.

dude, if you are spending good money on liners, don't waste your time with a shop that "might" do a good job. trust me, you don't want someone screwing up a high end liner mold. make a half day of it and get it done right. your feet will thank me. (if your local shop CAN do it well, different story...)

Well the shop tech at my local shop are great, it's just the salesman are selfish and they get money by making sales, so that's all they try to do. I do trust my local shop for all technical things but not if they're ever going to recommend me anything.

i just did my own at home. brand new full tilt seths with the intuition liners. in the oven, 250 degrees F for 15 min. but do some research and learn about toe caps, etc if you try your own.

FYI, the layers of foam that FT uses are not designed to be cooked in any oven whatsoever, whether your own personal one or a shop specific one. The layers can separate and then you are shit out of luck. Only use a hot air blower designed for ski boots, it's the best option all around.
