Interviews in edits

Is it just me or are these kind of stupid. i hate when i go to watch a small edit and half of it is there life story of being a rich white kid. i dont care about you,your crew, the college you go to, or what the weather is like. Just show me sick shots and tricks you got.

an example of my stupid rant would probably be this new iNi edit with Spriggs.

I totally agree. unless and edit is 10 minutes or more I say no interview. That doesn't mean 5 minutes of talking and 5 of banger shots. I want 2 minutes max and 8 minutes of all your shots

I like this one, even tho it's old, it was the first that came to my mind.
 
If the edits a longer one (5 min. or so) and the interview is relatively short then I'm all for it. I love the edits where it has lifestyle shots as well, not a lot but some random ones before skiing or after.
 
I think the skiing has to be really really good for there to be no story behind it. I like when you get to know the athletes a little bit, of course when they drag on its sucks, but I like to know something about the people I'm watching
 
We figured it would be fine to put some interview into a 9 minute edit- it just adds some personality to the skiers...if you really don't like them just skip them and watch the skiing!
 
If it's a 9 minute edit than an interview to show more personality is more than accepted in my books.
 
Here ya go MasterHatin 13yr old.... all of my shots without the lil interview, I am just doin my job and what is asked of me, and maybe some kids do care, you clearly do because you made a post about it and spent time out of your busy schedule to do so.......Thanks for hating, keeps me goin ;) and auto play to ruin your stupid rant thread.....yay!

awww yes the stereotypical NS call out my fav, im 21 and yes i do have a little spare time to say shit on the interwebz. 2nd edit you posted was sick, THANK YOU. i should have been a little more clear when i said that "Spriggs Edit" i meant the second interview, not sure who it was but it was a little lengthy and pointles. yea i get it The east different from the west, and the weather is kind of shittier, seemed silly to me.
 
i like the interviews, especially when the person has something inspiring to say like tanner hall. i mostly like them in movies but in edits not so much
