Internet help

My internet is downloading everything really slow, videos on google video & you tube take forever to download and most of the time only download a little bit of the video, everything is super slow. I scanned my computer with AVG anti virus and Ad-aware but it didn't help the slowness of the internet, what should I do?

it depends on your internet connection as said before...it also could be that you dont have enough ram...how much ram you got?
