internet explorer menu bar

Ok you know that thingy that's at the top of your screen that has like the little bar where your website shows up and icons for like favorites, history..the internet explorer thing? well, mines gone. I dont know where it went. but everytime i try to x out NS and open a brand new internet explorer window it does this after i sign in...sooo freakin weird, only on NS. dunno why thats important, except now refreshing is a pain in the butt because theres no convenient button.

right click up in the gray area and check off the standard buttons thing

no its just the blue title bar, thats it. and everytime i like go to another page on here it makes my window really small. this is only happening within NS. very weird
