He poses one hell of an argument. Discuss.

wow, seems wierd that its this close to the election and they have just been letting this slip by. you think they would have taken care of it before it comes down to mccain winning by default because obama all of a sudden is ineligable.

i think Obama is okay these days. but if he by any chance loses this case im gonna laugh my ass off. greatest scale prank in history really. all for the Guinness book? could be.

who cares where he was born? how does the hospital he was born in affect how good of a president he would be? it pisses me off when people are so obssessed with our "perfect" constitution. i don't know if Obama would be a better president then McCain but if he would be, he should be, whether or not he was born here.

our constitution is the guiding document for the entire country. if one article stated in it is ignored, then who would be to say the other articles are any more worthy? the constitution would fall apart, and with it, our country. laws are debatable, but articles of the constitution are not

thats a good point but the constitution was written under circumstances that are much different than the ones we live in today. i think the constitution should be easier to change, not ignore. don't you think it would be wrong to not allow a perfectly suitable candidate to run for president because of something that was written over 200 years ago?

word. except that the constitution was intentionally made to be difficult to change so that we would be a nation built around a set of distinct principles, rather than being subjected to constant changes and turmoil. And yes, I agree that the issue at hand, regarding presidential stipulations, should be different, as obama is definately well-suited to the position. however, i dont think that article should be overturned simply because obama is mad legit. if there was a long string of candidates who were very well-suited to the job of president, and were all held back by limitations relating to that amendment, then i would agree with you. But yes, i do see your point

you guys are actually going to believe someone who's said that obama kills live babies?

it's just a bunch of propaganda bullshit

im not saying this guy is correct or not but if he was, he said that the factcheck birth certificate wasnt real or something along the lines?

i think that Obama has been sufficiently vetted. If there were any skeletons in his closet they would have come out when he was vying for the Democratic nomination. Do you honestly think the almighty Clintons would have overlooked something like this if there was any validity to it?

i'm not saying this guys is wrong, but if he said that Obama kills babies, anything else he says should be taken with a grain of salt (at least)

here's my NS translation of the situation:

guy claims 'pics or it didn't happen'

obama gives pics

guy unhappy that obama can back himself up says ''photoshoped'

sounds kinda desperate to me, especially since there has also been newspaper clipings of the annoucement of his birth in Hawaii.

if you're going to continue to be a skeptic, despite evidence, then you probably don't really care about reality anyways.

The constitution doesnt mean shit these days. The fact that theyre arguing that he's a fraud simply because he might be born outside the US is laughable.

How is that supposed to dis-qualify you from running the country?

And so what if he went to school in indonesia? The more he knows about the other cultures of the world the better IMO.

$10 says Palin can't tell you the capital of indonesia.

yea its not like the current administration hasnt raped the shit out of the constitution. so we stick to it when it comes down to this and doesnt change how a candidate will run the country, but amend it left and right to allow things that are actually horribly unconstitutional and undermine the ideas it represents?

we dont amend it left and right, it is super hard to amend the constitution. but yes, we do indeed do things that are unconstitutional, by just looking the other way, or providing some bullshit excuse for why it actually does fit with that amendment

i dont think whether hes natural born is going to effect peoples opinions, some will still say hes better then mccain, but more the fact that it hasnt been fully proved yet and a possible let down. the fact that mccain did come out right away and show everything, obama hasnt. i tihnk the country would feel more let down because he hid somthin rather than the fact that he wasnt born here. this could be propaganda bs, but at the same time this is a very reputable guy who i honestly think wants to know who he's voting for.

and the fight whether the constitution should exist or be easy to change is stupid. it was written in order to keep order at that time yes, but also to adjust/amend later on. its meant to be hard because its the guidlines on how to run one of the most powerful countries in the world. if it was easy to change or didnt exist, the country would be very corrupt (not that the govt isnt so great already)

who gives a shit if under some really really technical circumstance hes not eligable. the guy is smart and inspires a lot of people unlike any other candidate, he deserves it.

yea he may deserve it but if this all does happen to be true, he wont be president because he simply wont be allowed to, so if you like obama then you probably give a shit.

what the fuck are you talking about? Obama produced his birth certificate. Just because some dipshit calls 'photoshoped' on him doesn't mean that he's hiding anything

but seriously who would run for president knowing that they're ineligible and that someone could expose that fundamental flaw and ruin their campaign. cuz seriously you can't get past not meeting the written qualifications. W proved that it doesn't matter what you did in the past (cocaine, deserting the national guard, multiple DWIs) you can get around that, but if you actually aren't allowed to run... I don't think anyone would think that they could get away with something like that.

did you even watch the video? he didnt produce it to the public. 2 websites have copies and they arent the same. he didnt realease any medical records or any school transcripts, which could hide where he was born, as mentioned in the video. as also mentioned in the video, mccain was accused of a similar thing, but after quick co-operation the matter was solved.

and, even if he was born in the us, his "natural born citizen" state is refuted by the fact that he became a citizen in indeonesia when they didnt recognize dual-citizenship, therefore he could no longer be a citizen of the us, and upon his return he regains citizenship but is no longer legally considered a natural born citizen, therefore inelligable for presidency.

as the guy in the video said, he doesnt really oppose obama or his ideas, more or less just wants to see if he's right. i agree with this. if hes hiding somethin then that sucks. if not, then great. hes an awesome candidate but if hes not elligable, then he cant be president.

Bump.

And does anyone else think this sudden trip to Hawaii might have to do with him sorting out some of this business?
