Interested in ski posters?

Hey guys,
I have a little project I'm thinking of doing and wanted to hear what you think;
I'm looking into printing 2 or 3 photos from the season to do a large poster. They would be epic shots with no company logos plastered all over, just a nice layout with athlete name, location etc... and each would be personally signed.
Since the upstart cost are relatively high, I would need to charge something around 25$.
What do you think?
I really appreciate your input :)
Felix

that sounds sick..price is a lil high..but how big is a large poster..cuz that kinda decides it

Depends, $25 seems like a lot for a poster, although I'm sure it's reasonable. It would have to be a pretty huge poster for me to pay $25.

Do it, don't listen to the folks saying it's too much. I got a subscription to skijournal and that shit's an arm and a leg, 12 bucks per mag if ya buy it at the stand.

I doubt you'll have a problem finding a demand for these things no matter what shot it is. I think most of us are familiar with your work and are stoked over this idea.

I think it's a great Idea. I dunno if size matters as much as quality of the print but yeah you guys should buy those and then frame them up !! Personally signed too, shit, sounds like a sick deal to me

$25 is way too low unless you're selling thousands. Why not sell limited edition prints or canvases at like $250 apiece?

thats a sick Idea, it would be good to have a poster that doesnt have more advertisement than actual skiing. the signature thing is a legit idea for all the young ones who are into that but I personally would not care for it....maybee a price for the poster without signature, but I understand that the production costs are identical for with our without signature so its not the best buisness plan.

for everyone saying that's to expensive you're on drugs, that's cheap as hell.

think about it to get an 18x24 print at staples is 30 dollars...

guess not many people blow their pictures up

i totally agree about the signature. If it would make them cheaper anyways, if it didn't you should have the signatures off to the side so that it doesn't cover up the shot and become the focal point of the picture

That'd be alright...

if they were your own picture. Don't screw the artist, not cool. The price sounds reasonable but unfortunately, I do not have the money haha. I hate being perpetually broke

Not trying to in any way. It's just a cool thing if you have some photos of you and your friends shredding..
