Instagram mini-edits

How do you feel about the concept of short edits on Instagram? I think it's a cool way to watch and share edited clips you're stoked on without having to go through the whole edit-making process. If you guys agree, I'm going to make an account for little 15 second segments from the best parts of classic edits, NS-inspired things, etc.

Of course, here's mine

don't take clips from other edits, just film your own

here's my friends and I at Fairy Lake Montana a month ago

true. I've noticed big crews posting a bunch recently anyways. I thought it'd be sick to have little parts from edits that have totally blown up, but I wasn't thinking of how that is no one's right but the owners of the footage.

Pretty cool idea, just don't use those stupid tail butter shots. Everyone knows they are super easy and should never be used in edits. Duh.

Wait do you guys like film all the clips in a row or is there some kind of app where you can take and store clips and make them into an Instagram video?

you can film up to 15 sec on the app or you can edit something to 15 seconds and export it 720x720 and upload it to instagram

Not quite sure how to embed this, if someone would tell me (if this doesn't work) that would be swell

my filming on the second hit was shitty broo but it was a flawless sw cork sev saftey - id like to see you try these tricks as smooth a my man jackson and never fall all day long after countless laps

Another one of me that NWT3K put up this morning. Alta is starting to get filled in!

Lets get some more use in this thread.

the second option about editing and the uploading it, would you have to do that on a computer? or if you can do it on a phone can someone explain how?

On a computer, or there are some sketchy editing apps for phones that you can put clips together with

Haha yeah not it's my friend not me. His landings are always so sick.

Check it:

I use an app called Splice (lol). its free and you can import music from your phone, add fades, slowmo, and transitions. pretty cool just make sure to edit it in SD
