Who influences you in a positive way? What people? Just how people live or what they do. (Not skiers)

The Game (Rapper)

Cali P (Reggae)

Michael Jackson (Singer)

Eminem (Rapper)

Wu Tang Clan (Rappers)

Lebron James (Basketball

Shaquille O'neal. The guy's hillarious and has a positive outlook on everything. Plus 13,000 career rebounds.

And this is EXACTLY why people are saying this country is going to shit. I actually want to punch you right now, for being that damn retarded.

Macklemore (rapper)

Siddhartha Gautama (buddha)

Tim Schulte (youth pastor)

Mr Tucker (teacher)

now i know its weird to have a teacher as an inspirational person, but this guy is literally exactly what I want to be like when I'm older. just such a cool dude, and insanely nice. i'm glad I have him again this year, because last year was just great.

Not to derail a thread or anything, but how can you stand going to church when christianity condemns gays? I respect your beliefs, but it just doesn't make sense to me.

Churches arent always crazy against gay people my church is basically accepting of everybody for who you are, no matter what. which is how most churches actually are.

its just the crazy churches that get attention, so thats what people think of when they here the word "church"

that and it also condemns a lot of wack ass things that would put out 80% of the population in hell.

I'm not questioning weather or not your church is accepting of you, I'm sure they are. By the rules of your religion, you (and the rest of the population) is going to hell. You can't really repent for being gay, so what's the point?

dudeyes.
so many people force themselves to think that all christians hate homosexuals and that all homosexuals hate christians, but if you are actually educated about both concepts, you know that they dont have to be polar opposites.
it's a struggle for a lot of people to grasp their head around, but we're all living in sin, all the time. homosexuality is no different than any other daily sin, at least in biblical sense. it's all about repentance and acknowledgement and your relationship with God.
sorry, ranted there a bit, but your reply was just really refreshing.

halfway there. all you have to do, is accept jesus christ as your savior, and god as your father.

I see. I like the fact that you are actually educated about your religion, not just sitting there screaming "hurp durp you should all believe in God."

Let the "insipiration" continue.

P.S.: I forgot to say, OP is 12.

This is where I think alot of people have a distorted view on religion/Christianity.The bible doesn't have anything specifically against gay people or the people that commits those sins. Jesus often spent time in the company of prostitutes etc. The bible condemns the sin that that person is committing but tells us to still love and accept that person.

I hope that made sense

Hate the sin not the sinner

Ghandi for sure. When he spoke about a non violent world it actually sounded possible.
