FYI for all.....This dips**t went on a crime spree which stemmed way beyond this video. However, justice has been served... Victim from the video later passed out because of excessive bleeding to the head which you cannot see towards the end of the video. Victim suffered a severe concussion from the blunt trauma to the skull (which was also cracked upon impact) and went into a coma for 34 days. He also had 2 broken ribs from the kick to the abdomen and broke his pinky finger. Suspect faces charges of.... Felony Level - UN-aggravated assault Felony Level - Damage to property Gross Misdemeanor - public intoxication Petty Misdemeanor - indecent exposure 728 days in a state prison 6 years community service 17 years probation 20 year bann from all public sidewalks, parks, schools, government facilities, community/recreation centers and sports facilities (including skateparks). Suspect also reportedly will pay undisclosed restitution as a result of multiple civil suits. Clearly this jackhole had no respect for others around him and he deserves his punishement if not more.
