well i was doin 3s and i must of rotated too soon cause i fell and landed hard on some icy shit and fucked my ass muscle up bad, well i let it heal for a day and went back up last night and i couldnt do anything right, i was still sore but i kept fuckin all my 3s up, now my fuckin ass is so sore i can hardly walk! Should i wait til it is completly healed before i go again and that will make my tricks caom back to normal or what! Any help would be great!

does your tailbone hurt or do your ass muscles hurt? If it's your tailbone you probably just bruised it something fierce (unless of course you broke it) and it will get better in time. If you've pulled a muscle than you should probably go to physio, those guys are miracle workers.

ahh i keep on getting the urge to go up and keep trying 3s, i am trying to perfect them, but i know if i got up ill get scared and chicken out knowing my ass hurt and fall more...how do ya guys do it when your hurt, do you not get the urge to go up there, i mean when i fall i get pissed and want to keep doin it til i think it is perfect! Thats is how i got in this perdicement in the first place!

 
here's the answer. learn to do three's and to hit jumps that aren't icy. but you probably live in the east so that's not going to happen

well see thats not the thing i can do 3s fine, but the one fuckin time i rotate to soon the landing is hard as fuckin cement, it sux!

 
i think you should give it time, cause if you pulled a muscle and give it a week it'll be ok, don't go crazy cause if you hurt it again it'll get a lot worse.So if you want a quick fix ice it and don't stress it, give it about 10 days and then try your 3's, if it hurts to walk don't ski, cause you'll look really dumb skiing while holding your ass

ok thanks...ya i am a perfectionist, the one that when ya fall ya get back up hike my ass up the hill and try again...its weird i was stompin them every time i hit a jump then after i hurt my ass i couldnt do it! I am pissed right now, and wanna go up there now to try some more!!!
