Injury help(knee)

Well i was jumping on a trampoline and i think i was trying a cork 7 and my leg completely landed under me and i can walk on it fine besides a little limp but i cant extend it fully..when i try to extend it theirs a shit load of pain..andthe pain is either when i extend it fully or when i have it at a 90 degree angle....the pain is basically right at the crease on the opposite side of my knee...
If this is my knee \\ //it would be right in the middle on the inside part
 
Probably pulled something in your IT band..if you squeeze the sides of your knee really hard and bend your knee how does it feel?
 
hmm... that's a tough one. if you can walk on it that's definitely a really good sign.

i would just say to ice it, 20 min on 20 off and start working on trying to stretch it out over the next couple weeks once you can stand it. if it doesn't feel better by then there might be something wrong and you should prolly get that checked out
 
well if it makes you feel better when i tore my acl and miniscus there was not standing walking or anything for at least 3 weeks
 
quite seriously, if your knee swells up a lot in the next couple of days, go get it checked out. ice it for now and try to rest it as much as possible. It could just be a sprain, but if it's ligament you want to know before you fuck more shit up. If it's just acl/mcl and you keep fucking with it, you could start tearing meniscus which, if they have to cut out, never grows back. Meniscus is super important as a shock absorber in your knee so for shredding it'd be kinda nice to have around.

other than that, advil liquid gels get rid of pain right quick and they're an anti-inflammatory.

the fact that you have limited and painful extension/flexion indicates that there already is swelling. and swelling isn't good. coming from a person who has had knee injuries, i would go see the doc. i'm not saying you hurt anything, but for me, not knowing what is really going on in there, or if i hurt something or not, would drive me nuts. they'll tell you for sure what's going on.

na but really like someone said before ice 20 min. on 20 min. off and work that leg. im coming back from an ACL surgery and all my doc wants me to do is work the knee getting that bending motion back. if it does not get any better in a week or so get yo ass to a doctor.
