Injury Before Ski Season

Just broke my ankle last weekend and haven't even got to go skiing this year .Im only gonna be out for 4 weeks or so but It still sucks , has this ever happened to anyone else or am I the only one?

Getting a specscan Monday, if I have a stress fracture I'm out till mid January and missing ski trip with my buddies (that I planned)

Just got a plate and a handful of screws in today . Feels like a bunch of metal was stuffed in there super tight, kinda like a over packed backpack..Shit fucking sucks
