Injured, could use some help.

I broke my foot recently playing soccer so im in a cast and the whole deal. I have to stay off my foot completely for a month but i wanna stay in shape. I was wondering if u guys know any cardio type thing i could do without putting pressure on my foot. Thanks.
 
upper cycle, it's like a stationary bike for your hands. some gyms have them, but they are mainly for physical therapy
