I am planning on working out at wolf creek with my buddy for 3 weeks or so this winter, anyone have any info-where to go on the mountain etc? also good backcountry spots or roadside pass areas to ski in the area?

awesome snow and bad terrain. But the awesome snow makes up for it for damn sure, just dont go with any buddies who snowboard or you will be waiting for them forever cause its so damn flat.

Knife Ridge, Alberta Peak, and Waterfall are all fun, but other than that its pretty flat.

Most of this information is correct. The terrain is not that great as a whole, but the there is some sick shit, you just have to find it. Facing the mountain, stick to the left side (Waterfall Area). Hike the ridge to access the most terrain. Back country shit is copious. As you drive up to the resort there are all kinds of openings with plenty of takeoff and landing space. Best thing is the snow. Fucking shittons of it.

You're gonna have a blast. I'll be up there sometime soon. Maybe I'll run into ya...
