Number 3 (bit of a comparison in size) :)
Im fixing up the place no matter what (insulation ect...) but i mean it really has alot of potential! :)

I think as most of ns... you should get it for you and your friends.... insurance will be so expensive...

i have here in my house in Spain a "minipark" that i´ve done alone, all with free stuff and my own work! I think i´ve paid like 150€ or less in total. I have 5 features, tgose that u see in the photo and some more (the 3,5m down rail, a 4,5m flat rail, 4m flat box, 4,5 steel flat box and a 2,5m pvc box)
The green plastic grass was picked from a work under construction for free, and the wood for the inrun of a friend for free also.

You my friend have just stumbled on a gold mine! Use it wisely! But don't make it a business, at least not yet, I say you dedicate some space to a skatepark for sure, build some home made ramps and stuff for skiing, and put like a house type thing in there. Keep it real low key for now an then it will keep getting better and better once you learn more and then in a while maybe open it as a business. But host sick parties, car shows, pretty much whatever you want! enjoy it for now cause you are one of the luckiest people I have ever seen.

On the other hand though, you could properly equip it to meet the needs of a certain business in the trades or something and rent it out and make some serious money, if that became a welding shop you could probably make like $1500 a month rent from the company, and since it's commercial realty you don't have to look after electricity bills or any of that maintenance stuff or anything.

I gotta be honest with you I am just green with jealous rage right now! Good luck!

ok, so between everything iv decided it make it a chill spot for me and my friends :) but anyone who wants to come shred, is more than welcome :) (implying that you dont sue me of course haha) :)
Gonna start work after thanksgiving, and well see where we go from there!
