Do they help for balance in skiing? anyone have any? if you do do you like them and would you recommened them?

I use a vewdoo board and it help me alot with my overall balance, it helps with rails more than actual skiing ability, plus theyr alota fun even if they didnt help

So much fun they help for a lot of things. It helped me a lot for football because it made me bounce off hella more tackles i wasnt able to before. Since rails require balance, I'm sure they help with rails, and your overall balance on your skis.

which wew-do do you use?? I want something that is fun and that will help me in various sports(lacrosse, football, skiing)

yeah man, they help a LOT. Your balance gets soo much better in ever aspect. My friend and I made one out of some ply wood, and pvc pipes that were extra at a construction site. definitely try one, buy one, or make one.

Another wicked balance improvement sport is slacklining

Sorry man i dont really know it didnt buy it and its got stickers all over where it might say the name, its my friends and he told me to borrow it and any time i offered it back hes like bah i'll take it later, so now after over a year i consider it mine, and i havent tried any other to compare it too. but the shit the do on the vewdoo site is insane

I use an indo all the time, pretty sweet trainer. If you can get to the point where you can spin around the and land back on it, you can spin like a top. Also a great rail balance trainer. I have a buddy who can do 360 kick flips on mine, he crushes it. It's a good judge of balance.

Yeah I have one and I love it...it can actually be a good work out too...try doing squats while balancing...they also make this cushion for it its like a round cushion that makes you have to balance front and back as well as side to side...its a killer on the legs, you can also use that thing without the board and do one leg squats on that as well...there are so many thing you can do with them! I would definatly suggest getting one.

what you can do is instead of riding the indo board with your feet parallel the the roller, like a board ,do it the other way with your feet perpendicular to the roller and it will simulate a raill slide. pLus u can do like 270's on switch ups and 270's off it helps alot. also you can throw your skis on it too.

lol thats what i do with my makeshift indo board, except no beer. My dad does a fucking amazing job of hiding his booze(ive torn the house apart)

there great for watching tv (and guitar hero)

not really too much of a workout, but I guess overall its better than sitting on the couch.

Fun to do tricks and spins and grabs on them.

When friends come over they always want to try them (usually fall on their ass, cause you make it look so easy, and they think they can do it)
