That is not a bum/homeless person. Homeless people dont play music or anything for money. They sit in their own filth and ask you for money. 99% of homeless people are fucking scum. So many bums live near my apartment its scary. I will see atleast 5+ different people in my dumpster a day. No bum has a white shirt that clean. Bums hang out with other bums, drink whenever they have the money to do so, and bug the hell out of people.
