how does one do this? i watch lars tynes and Delorme do these and i honestly think they are the sickest. Whenever i try, it just seems like i go really slow and then halfway through go into overdrive

because you probably see it as 2 motions, what you want to do is set your spin just like you would without the shifty and then add it into the motion.
