Is it illegal for a minor to have insest? i was speaking over it with a friend today.. we don't know.

sorry kamikaze your wrong it is not illegal for a minor to have sex. For instancce the age of consent in west virginia is 16 years old meaning a 16 year old can legaly fuck old men. Also two 15 year olds having sex with each other is not an illegal act.
