Wait, it is his wife's totem...that she left spinning in the safe in their old house?

It makes no sense to say it was all a dream, because that means that a whole host of characters, including Ariadne were elements of someone's subconsious. No sense.

Just watched it for the first time this week. The top spinning at the end was just a way to fuck with you and second guess if it was reality, it definitely was though because the top starts to lose balance, meaning it would have fallen. In the dream, it spins perfect. Nothing more than a the producer making you think....like the sopranos ending kinda

Ok, so I didn't wanna make a thread for this question, but when the guy wakes up on the plane, wouldnt he find it kinda weird that all the people he just dreamed about were sitting around him in the plane?? I dunno seems odd.

I can't remember since I saw it awhile ago, but don't they explain to him when they first meet him in the dreams that they came to protect him, and what they do? By that logic it would make sense that some group of people who came to protect you are right near you.

just watched this last night. What I don't get is how they all woke up at the same time on the plane if cobb was in limbo and the rest were in a different dream level. Also, how did they even wake up from that dream if there was no kick on the plane?
