In search of home sweet home.

Hey dudes, I know this is a long shot but I thought I'd put my foot in the door now. Long time Toronto NS member moving to the west coast with my girlfriend come October/ November; we have been on the search for housing avidly for a month and have some leads but I thought i'd extend the search to the forum. We are willing to pay rent for any number or months prior to our arrival if it helps us lock a spot up. Looking for anything with gondola access or even on the bus line at this point. We're 24 and 25 looking to share a room, shred deep snows and can fit into to numerous social settings with class. We also can come with a great selection of mix tapes and disney dvds. Shoot me an email or reply if you've got any ideas or want to help an old friend out. steventam_182@hotmail.com. stay real.

this is not true

i have lived in whistler my whole life (all 21 years) and there is tons of housing with gondola access and bus routes. the challenge will be finding something affordable.

I think we are looking at up to $1200 for a shared room, that seems to put us in a decent range from what Ive seen on craigslist and in the pique.

so you're looking strictly in whistler?

and space might be limited because of the olympics but I couldn't say for sure. I can pretty much guarantee higher rates though..

Well not strictly whistler, we'd like to be close, but as time gets shorter I guess we'll have to settle for something a little further away.

I'm trying to move up to whistler around november for the winter as well and hopefully have my girlfriend join me in February. Hit me up if you come across anything bigger that you might be interested in sharing. I'm 20 taking a year off from college and she is 22 and just graduated.

Found a place, moving in late October/ early november. Thanks to everyone who helped out, see you dudes soon.
