In response to k2skipimps Big Air vs Slopestyle... it got me thinking I like Slopestyle better, but then another question is JUMPS vs. RAILS... this is a hard one I would have to say jumps in my oppinion, whats yours?

its all about the resort, at Sunday River id go with jumps, but if i always skied okemo, then i would say rails

 
haha, then say you are at Mammoth then its pretty easy... rails or jumps, i would choose jumps if i HAD to, but would do both still

You can't be a solid jibber without the tricks. You can be sick on rails but you probably need some sick tricks to get you out there too. But as it happens, those who are good at jumps usually rock at rails as well.

Im gonna have to go macmurray style on this and go with jumps onto rails although theres no fackin way i could do that... a nice disaster is enough for me.

yea everyone can hit a jump but not everyone can slide a rail.....

true a couple times when i was doing a rail this year i would land on my hip, or when i came off the rail i had to much momentum and would land on my but, i just need some practice with rails, i would really like to learn switch on

yeah at the moment im thinking rails. they are just so much fun. but once i progress in the air, that'll be a different story.

^its the exact opposite for me. right now its jumps but once i progress with rails ithink it would be sweet. i cant to um very good right now i bail alot so im really lookin forward to learning um

 
I would definitely have to say rails for me...just because i suck in the air, but overall they are both sick in their own ways, depends on the skier

i get more fucked up jumin then on rails,but i stiil prefer a nice step down or bc jump over rails
