So.. halloween ya... Went to slalom practise today... had a weird feeling.. Before it started, one of my friends says how nobodys been injured recently... so I'm all like NOOO!! DONT FUCKING SAY THAT!!!! So we go and practise.. and all seems good.. when suddenly! The Instructor shouts out "Last run!"...

I'm all like NOOO!!!!!!!! Why!

Magically... I survive it down in one piece.. I then go back home, get ready and go out clubbing for halloween.. (dressed as rambo.. hoo-rah).

I'm literally on the dancefloor for 2 minutes. Bam. Dislocate my knee. I don't even know how it fucking happened, but I remember being on the floor and knowing the feeling (happened twice before.. last time was.. this time last year actually).

So paramedics pop it back in place and I wasn't in as much pain as it was prior times.. I put that to the vodka I had beforehand.

So there I'm in the E.R. waitin for x-rays and shit and I suddenly fuckin break down... I was meant to go skiing in some championships next week and I had PAID the rest of my ski trip for december at Les Deux Alpes fuckin like 2 hours before... So there I am breakin down... fucking tears.. (no homo). Knowing that i won't be skiing till februuary at earliest...

Put on some music on my phone.. first tune.. naturally... "the faint - take me to the hospital"

Had to be done..

So ya.. I know I couldve had a worse off injury... but I guess the pros are that I least got to ski today...

i gotta say, i burst out laughing when you said you dislocated your knee dancing. i got this image in my head of rambo dancing like a fool and then suddenly buckling because he was trying to jig like elvis.

but now i am not laughing and i feel really sorry for you. +vibes for making me pity you, asshole.no, seriously, get better soon.
 
i think if anyone was looking for proof of god being a huge dick, i'd point them towards knees. Sorry to hear about your unfortunate event. Speedy recovery!

god supposedly created man in his image, and people are huge dicks, therefore that should lead any body who believes in god (not me) to the conclusion that god is a complete asshole. it's only logical, not that logic and religion mix very well anyways.
 
my god, im supper bumbed for you just hearing that. I hate when you have wierd feeling like that. I just try to completley forget them and think that will never happen. +vibes heal up fast!!
 
Nah man... I would be laughing too had I seen myself. You pretty much described what happened quite well. I think someone took a picture of my on the floor with my dislocated knee in my rambo attire.. if I get it and it's post-worthy it'll be up.

if it makes you feel better, about two weeks ago i was just jumping on a trampoline and landed wrong , breaking my foot in three places:(

+ vibes, that would suck to happen dancing, and really sorry to hear about the comp next week. hope your season is great when you get back on the slopes.
