this happened to me too when i had a-bangs. i drilled small holes to the part where the base has cracked. don't drill them to the part that's not level with the base, get to the base itself and not too close to the crack! then get steel wire that fits thru the hole and twist the ends tightly together. after that done i epoxied the shit out of it. it will not be pretty but it held up decently for me at least.
or you could always bring them to your local shop and see what they could do to it!
buy a riveting set from a hardware shop, drill some (3 or 4) holes in the split tip area and rivet it back together. Also painting some epoxy onto/into the split end will form a barrier to moisture creeping up the inside of the laminate. Make sure theyre really dry before doing it though.
Thats not that bad and I've done way worse to skis in the past, that I still ride today. That said, as stated before, Definitley get them riveted before it gets really bad.
