In further zombie news

fuck my summer holiday, fuck new skis, fuck food, fuck new clothes, IM GOING TO FUCKING DETROIT TO KILL SOME MOTHERFUCKING ZOMBIES

If this happens I will 100% do it and film it with my GoPro. The only downside I foresee is people taking it way too seriously and shooting up the "zombies."

May want to hold of on going to Detroit there champ, the park is in conceptual stages right now.

thats a pretty cool idea, but wonder what they would do if the zombies "caught you". like if you just left or got to keep going

I took a wrong turn trying to take a shortcut home from a Red Wings game one night. NEVER AGAIN. I don't know where the fuck I ended up, but people were staring at me at every red light and I legitimately thought I was going to get car jacked. Walking around as a white kid in the wrong part of Detroit at night is a fucking death sentence. Fuck that.

One of my friends did the same thing. As she was driving a cop came and pulled her over and told her not to ever completely stop at a stop sign around there again or she might get shot.

I've actually been honked at for stopping at a red light in Detroit haha. People there don't fuck around. If there is no traffic coming the other way, a red light is basically just a stop sign.

Holy fuck Detroit sounds gnarly, I've heard from people that it's legit like a 3rd world country in some parts.

Ok, I know I just made a bunch of posts about how bad it is, but really, Detroit is pretty fucking awesome as long as you stay in the right areas. Down by the stadiums and the surrounding areas on Woodward, and certain areas on Jefferson by the river are really nice, as well as certain "historic" districts like East Village and Indian Village.

Really just depends where you go.

This is how it is for most major cities. In Minneapolis/St. Paul you will see houses like you posted, then you cross one street and it's like you're in a whole other country.

Very much so, except the ratio of good neighborhoods and insanely shitty neighborhoods is disproportionally tilted towards the bad neighborhoods in Detroit.
