in 5 years, the am's will take over the scene, i'm betting on a pettite or maby kye petersen, but if your talking who will still be around in 5 years, its going to be andy marhe and corey vanular. candide will be a legend who sheds pow in his free time, t-hall will be to burnt out to find his lift ticket, and sage will probobly get to gnar with his lines and get injured, pep will be some kind of industy dude like glen plake selling wine and k2 products

Eric Pollard-because this year, he has the most skis designed by him.. Sammy-because of his trucks and he is the young gun with something to prove (besides vanular)...

candide will be dead because he'll go too big and squash himself, same goes for mike wilson, vanular will be killin' it but i think there will be a whole new breed of skiers

pretty much, except for his same-ski double grab in the X-games, he didn't make any noise this year, his style is getting dated almost, that grab was just like a last grasp to claim 'creative and above the gangsta steeze'. I'm calling Vanular, Walker (from what I've heard on here he's set to blow up) and Cosco or someone from Ninthward.

does ne1 remember who was top of the game five years ago? i wasnt too much into freeskiing at this time so i am not too sure.
the best skiers in 5 years arent very famous right now, i mean most of the actual park riders werent well-known some years ago. i havent heard of schiller, vanular, gagnier and all the others until one or two years ago...

in 2001? yeah. it was like, Jon, Nick Mercon, Andy Woods, Sternbenz, Griffin Cummings, Shannon Schad. all those guys.

in five years most of the pros will be so beat they will hardly be able to walk. the progression is becoming so hard on the body i think one day we will look back and wonder why we did this to ourselves.. look for an unknown up- and-comer to be doing ski ballet in the air in five years. because that is exactly where we are heading.
